Write access restricted to registered users

In order to prevent the wiki from being spammed, write access is restricted to registered users. If you already have an account and receive the error 'Login required to edit', your cookie has expired and you should log in using the link near the top right of the page.

User accounts must be created by admins

If you do not have a login, you may request one by mailing your request the dev mailing list. Please specify a username in your letter. When a wiki administrator creates the account, a random password will be generated and sent to you. The password can be changed by logging in to the wiki and selecting 'Preferences' (also found in the menu at the top right, near the log in link).

Instructions to admins

Accounts should pretty much be created on request, since the purpose is to prevent spamming, rather than to prevent developers from writing on the wiki. Please see InstructionsOnCreatingWikiAccounts.
